Ingredients

- Sylvan breaded eggplant cutlets
- Small mozzarella balls
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fresh basil leaves
- Pomodoro sauce
- Olive oil, to taste
- Salt and pepper

Directions

Place the frozen breaded eggplants on a cast iron.

Add pomodoro sauce and spread to cover the eggplants.

Add fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves on top.

Sprinkle salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Broil for 5 to 7 minutes at 400˚C.
