We've made a twist to the classic Mofongo recipe, which is flavorful and satisfying. Take out our breadfruit chunks, and let's get started.

Ingredients

- Sylvan Breadfruit Chunks
- Bacon
- Vegetable oil
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Salt

Directions

Heat 3 to 4 inches of vegetable oil in a pot over medium-high heat until it reaches 350˚F (180˚C).

Drop the breadfruit chunks and let them cook until crispy. Also you may do this recipe on an air fryer.

Remove and transfer to pilon.

Fry bacon in a pan.

Add bacon, garlic and salt to the pilon.

Mash with some olive oil until consistent.
