This time we decided to go on a low-carb recipe by changing the pasta for Sylvan's delicious and irresistible breaded eggplant cutlets. We just find this version so filling and comforting we need to share it with you.

Ingredients

- Sylvan Breaded Eggplant Cutlets
- Pomodoro sauce
- Ricotta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Bechamel sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 400˚F.

On a pyrex, place layers of tomato sauce.

Then add Sylvan eggplant cutlets.

Add bechamel sauce.

Add ricotta and mozzarella cheese.

Keep layering in the same order.

Take to the oven for 25 minutes.

Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
