cooking and heating instructions.

Follow these easy steps to enjoy these tasteful products.

Breadfruit Fries

Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use. For safety. Must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. As measured by the use of a food thermometer.

Deep Fry

  1. Place frozen fries in the fryer at 350º F for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle salt to taste.
  3. Let stand on a drainer or top of a paper towel for one minute before serving. Serve and enjoy!

Eggplant Cutlets

Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use. For safety. Must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. As measured by the use of a food thermometer.

Skillet

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a skillet.
  2. Add frozen eggplant cutlets and brown them for 3 to 4 minutes and 30 seconds. Turn to brown on both sides. Serve and enjoy!

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 425º F.
  2. Remove frozen cutlets from the package and bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Broil

  1. Let thaw for 30 minutes.
  2. Broil cutlets for 2 minutes on each side. Serve and enjoy!

Deep Fry

  1. Place frozen cutlets in the fryer at 350º F for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
  2. Let stand on a drainer or top of a paper towel for one minute before serving. Serve and enjoy!

Eggplant Fries

  2. Remove frozen fries from the package and arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Bake for 18-20 minutes, turning once.
  4. Let stand for about a minute before serving. Do not cook in a toaster oven. Serve and enjoy!

Eggplant Parmesan

Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use. For safety. Must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. As measured by the use of a food thermometer.

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Removes tray from carton.
  2. Place tray on cookie sheet on center rack of the oven (6-8″ from heating element). Cook with the film on for 38-40 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove the tray from the oven. Remove the film, and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Microwave

  1. Remove the tray from the carton.
  2. Place the tray in the microwave with the film on and cook for 6-7 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove the tray from the microwave. Remove the film, and let stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Crispy Broccoli Florets

Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use. For safety. Must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. As measured by the use of a food thermometer.

Conventional Oven (do not prepare in the microwave)

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. Place frozen vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet and position them on the middle oven rack.
  3. Bake 18 to 20 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Serve and enjoy!

Countertop Air Fryer

  1. Place vegetables on the bottom of the fryer basket or rack.
  2. Cook at 400 F for 16 to 19 minutes until crispy and Golden Brown.
  3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Serve and enjoy!

Crispy Carrots - Breaded
